The e-service system has been updated

In order to enhance the capacity of e-services and create new opportunities for advanced technology, the Immigration Agency of Mongolia has updated the unified registration and control system for foreign nationals. The new system will be launched on October 30.

To access the new system, simply log in at immigration.gov.mn. The updated system is designed to connect to the state information exchange HUR and DAN systems for efficient exchange of information, minimize the steps of electronic services, and monitor the decision process, as well as a comprehensive payment solution such as Wechat pay, Social pay, Qpay.

You can access the newly launched system in the following 3 ways:

  1. Citizens of Mongolia using the e-mongolia.mn website

To log in to the e-mongolia.mn website, citizens of Mongolia are required to provide a single-use code, bank credentials, and a digital signature.

  1. Enterprises and organizations using digital signatures

Enterprises and organizations can enter using a digital signature issued by an authorized organization.

  1. Foreign nationals using a 13-digit registration number

Foreign nationals who meet the requirements stated in section 5.1.2 of the Law on the Legal Status of Foreign Nationals, which states “Inviter” means citizen, entity, and organization of Mongolia or foreign national legally residing in Mongolia over 90 days period, who guarantees financial resources for the invitee to stay in Mongolia”, can log in using a 13-digit registration number.

To the attention of users

In connection with the launch of the new system, both the existing the eimmigration.mn and the new system will be fully operational from October 30, 2023, to November 13, 2023. This transitional period has been put in place to facilitate the utilization of digital signatures by citizens, enterprises, and organizations, as well as to allow for a seamless transition to the new system.

However, please note that starting from November 14, 2023, eimmigration.mn will no longer accept applications.
