From May 9, the Immigration Agency of Mongolia began accepting applications for extension of residence solely online. This week, 116 applications for extension of the residence permit of 82 business entities and organizations were received and resolved electronically.
When applying for an extension of a foreign national's residence permit, citizens and business entities must submit their application at least 5 days prior to the expiration date of the permit and can be extended for 1-3 years based on the application.
