Required materials for the inviting individual 
 

• Official request letter by inviting individual and legal entity (Must include organization`s type of activity, duration and purpose of stay)
• Legal entity`s state registration certificate, special license (if given for company`s specific type of activity)
• Copy of passport or relevant valid substitute (must be valid for a minimum of 180 days before your intended travel to Mongolia);
• Address statement by local sum, khoroo`s authority 
• Other necessary documents (Agreements, MOU)
• Letter of proxy is needed If someone is applying on behalf of their organization and work ID  
• Receipt of payment 
• Application form
