A foreign citizen shall submit an application for adoption of a Mongolian citizen to the State Central Administrative Body in charge of Population of Mongolia through his/her country's adoption authority, and a foreign citizen residing in Mongolia for at least 6 months shall submit an application to the State Central Administrative Body in charge of Population.
