K4 visa applicants (up to 30 days) shall gather following materials when applying at Mongolian diplomatic mission or international border points

Required documents for inviting organization and legal entity 
 

▪ Official request letter by inviting individual and legal entity (Must include organization`s type of activity, duration of stay, visa receiving point)
▪ Legal entity`s state registration certificate, special license (if given for company`s specific type of activity)
▪ Copy of passport or relevant valid substitute (must be valid for a minimum of 180 days before your intended travel to Mongolia);
▪ Other necessary documents if needed (two way flight reservation)
▪ Payment of receipt 
▪ Completed application form (apply online)
▪ Notice for K4 visa (31-90 days) applicants 
▪ Notice for the invitor of K4 visa (up to 90 days) applicants 
▪ Required documents for inviting organization and individual:

Notice
 

▪ A response will be sent to registered e-mail, in case of visa permission refusal
▪ Visa permission is valid for 60 days after issuance
▪ Short-term visitor shall apply for a residence permit in accordance with the visa category to the Immigration agency of mongolia within ▪ 21 days from the date of entering the country.
▪ Short-term visitor must apply for residence permit if intended stay is more than 180 days in one year
▪ You can re-apply again after 180 days If documents are found forged or obtained visa by false declaration, 30 days if application has been denied with other reasons.
