• Official request letter by inviting organization and legal entity (Must include organization`s type of activity, duration of stay, relationship with B1 applicant, )
• Copy of B1 applicant`s passport 
• Copy of passport or relevant valid substitute (must be valid for a minimum of 180 days )
• Address statement by local sum, khoroo`s authority 
• Official marriage, birth or adoption certificate with official translation
• Letter of proxy for applying on behalf of their organization and work ID
• receipt of payment 
• Completed application form

 

 

 

Notice 

 

• “Family member” means someone with proof of foreign national`s husband, wife, partner, father, mother, grandfather, grandmother and children (under the age of 18).
• Extension application must be submitted 5 days before the expiration of the residence permit.
• Residency permit can be extended up to 3 years
