• Legal entity`s state registration certificate, special license (if given for company`s specific type of activity)
• Job description 
• Copy of passport or relevant valid substitute (must be valid for a minimum of 180 days);
• Permission by the ministry of labor and social protection
• Address statement by local sum, khoroo`s authority 
• Original copy of residency card for extention
• Letter of proxy is needed If someone is applying on behalf of their organization and work ID
• Other necessary documents 
• Receipt of payment 
• Application form
