• Copy of passport or relevant valid substitute (must be valid for a minimum of 180 days before your intended travel to Mongolia);
• 2 photos (size 3.5x4.5)
• Copy of guardian`s ID if child is under the age of 18
• Receipt of payment 
• Application form 

 

Notice 
 

• Private purpose resident must apply for extention 30 days before expiration of residence permit
• Residency permit can be extended up 3 years each time
• In case of refusal to issue or renew a residence permit, the same type of residence may be re-applied for after 1 year.
• Residency permit period for an official or private purposes shall be determined and not exceed the period specified in Article 27.1 of the Law on the Legal Status of Foreign Nationals
