• Request letter by the inviting organization (must include purpose and duration of stay)
• Copy of inviting individual`s ID
• Address statement by local sum, khoroo`s authority 
• Copy of passport or relevant valid substitute (must be valid for a minimum of 180 days before your intended travel to Mongolia);
• 1 photo (size 3.5x4.5)
• Other necessary documents 
• Receipt of payment 
• Application form 

 

Notice 
 

• Private purpose resident must apply for extention 30 days before expiration of residence permit
• Residency permit can be extended up to 1 year each time
• In case of refusal to issue or renew a residence permit, the same type of residence may be re-applied for after 1 year.
